About Bone

Bone is an early-stage design studio working with ambitious seed and Series A startups across web3 and web2. We specialize in 0→1 creative work: narrative, positioning, brand systems, product design, and launch execution. Most of the companies we work with are early, technical, and building complex products. Our job is to make them feel clear, simple, and inevitable.

We treat design as deterministic. We build systems, pipelines, and repeatable frameworks that let us move fast while maintaining a high bar. Our goal is simple: deliver work that punches above our weight class, every time. We're still small — we haven't worked with giants yet. But we're building with founders who are aiming to become them.

About the Role

We're looking for a strategic Copywriter who can think like a founder. This isn't a "content marketing" role — this is a storytelling role. You'll help shape startup narratives from scratch: defining positioning, messaging frameworks, landing page copy, pitch decks, and launch content.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear positioning and messaging frameworks for early-stage startups

• Write high-conviction landing pages that explain complex products simply

• Craft pitch deck narratives that support fundraising

• Shape brand voice and tone systems

• Collaborate closely with designers to ensure narrative and visual cohesion

• Iterate quickly based on founder feedback and evolving strategy

Nice to have: experience writing for startups, SaaS, crypto, AI, or technical products, and the ability to distill dense concepts into sharp, minimal language.
